If you’re scared of relying on pills to help your pain, I have some great tips for you.

It’s so common for people to take pain medications to try to end their pain.

It makes total sense.

If you’re in pain, the first thing we all think is to turn to the Advil.

You think you might as well fix it with a pill to try to mask the pain, especially if the doctor is now prescribing it.

So you take the medication, and things start to feel a little better.

The pain goes away for the day, and you think you’re good to go.

Only hours, days or weeks later, the pain comes back, and you go back to the doctor.

He gives you another prescription, and off you go.

Unfortunately the pain usually comes back once your body gets numb to them, or even worse, you start to rely on the medication to function.

Of course not!

You know pain pills aren’t natural, and they will do damage to your body if you keep taking them.

So why doesn’t pain medication cure your pain?

Well, this happens because pain medication only dulls your body’s pain signals, without ever addressing why the pain is there in the first place.

So, if you want to fix the pain so it will never come back, you’ve got to fix the cause of it, rather than just put band-aids over it.

Otherwise the pain will always continue to come back once the pills wear away, and it always does.

So to get your pain to go away for good, focus on fixing the root cause.

If you have back, knee, or hip pain, the root cause is usually an alignment issue with your hips, core, and ribcage, however it differs for everyone.
